You'll have seen an email recently from Coach Tony about coordinating spring marathon training, in addition to this we'll be offering the following workshops at OXSRAD after the weekly Thursday run on the following dates: Thursday 11th January: - Training Programmes & Physiology (split sessions beginners/improvers) Thursday 15th February: - Nutrition, Injury Prevention & Recovery Thursday 15th March: - Race Day Preparation Everyone is welcome, each will start at 8.30pm and last around an hour. They are informal Q&A sessions with experts on hand to guide you along your marathon journey.
