Race for Life – thinking of running?
If you've entered Race for Life in June and you'd like to run or jog, rather than walk the course, but you're not sure how to make the transition from walking – read on! We have a programme that can help you. Come along to our Headington RoadRunners Thursday club nights and join the "Beginners" group. We will help you to increase from walking, through running just a few minutes, to covering the full 5km.
We meet on Thursdays at OXSRAD leisure centre, Marston, Oxford at 7pm to warm up and then your group will start around 7:15pm.
The next programme starts Thursday 4 March – we look forward to seeing you then!
