Details:Main weekly club session, suitable for all abilities. If
you are a newcomer to the club, this is the best session
to attend!

Meet at OXSRAD at 19:00 for weekly announcements.
Thereafter shepherds will volunteer to lead runs of
between 45-60 minutes duration at a range of speeds and
distances.

Showers and changing facilities are available.

Afterwards, stay around for a drink at the bar and chat
with fellow members
